Comments from our Tea debrief luncheon:
Everything went so smoothly with Jim and his helper in the kitchen. Thank you for providing ample food and that even the hungry, tired wait staff got to try the lemon curd cookies. Those were divine! Guests commented especially on the BLT sandwich, and they loved the salad dressing. The roast beef and the cheddar chutney mango with caramelized onions were delicious and unusual, too. Cannot forget the pumpkin tea bread either. What nice texture and flavors!
If you are available we would like you to cater next year’s tea. It will be on Saturday, May 9, the day before Mother’s Day. The theme will be “the language of flowers” and there will be a romantic tableaux with script still to be written.
